Terms of Use

Last updated: October 22, 2026

These terms apply to your use of vbsheating.com, operated by VBS Heating, LLC (“VBS Heating,” “we,” “us”). By using this website, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

Using our website

You may use this website to learn about our products and services, contact us and, where available, manage an account or place orders. Please don’t misuse the site, interfere with how it works, or try to access it in ways we haven’t made available.

Your account

If you create an account, keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity under your account. Let us know right away if you think someone else has used it.

Product information, pricing and availability

We work to keep product descriptions, specifications, photos and prices accurate, but errors can happen and manufacturers change products. Prices and availability can change without notice. Please call us to confirm pricing, availability and specifications before you buy. If we find an error in a price or description, we may correct it, including on an order or quote already in progress.

Quotes and orders

Quotes are estimates based on the information available at the time and may change if the job or product details change. All orders are subject to our acceptance and to product availability. We may limit or cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error or an item that is no longer available.

Installation and services

Installation, chimney sweeps, inspections and other services are scheduled directly with us and may be covered by a separate quote or agreement. Information on this website about our services is general and does not replace a site-specific quote.

Returns and warranties

Please contact us about returns or exchanges before you buy. Special-order items may not be returnable. Product warranties are provided by the manufacturer. We’re happy to help you with a warranty claim.

Safety

Heating appliances must be installed, vented and used according to the manufacturer’s instructions and local codes. Information on this website is general and is not a substitute for the manufacturer’s installation manual or a professional installation.

Links to other websites

Our site links to other websites, such as manufacturers and review sites. We don’t control those sites and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.
